No check payments will be accepted after July 5th (cash or money orders only).

All payment balances must be recieved no later than July 11th in order for students to continue participation in the program.

* Tuition for the BAMSS Theatre Workshop is $650.00 +$25.00 registration fee.  Please review the following options and make payments accordingly:

	Plan A Full Tution: $675
	Plan B Two Payments: $337.50, $337.50
	Plan C Three Payments: $325, $175, $175

**Notice**

If you are paying in installments with one of our payment plans and are paying with a credit card, please make the initial payment with this form. Payment balances may be made by going to the "BAMSS Summers" page and click the PayPal link for Payment Plan Balances.

Cancellation/Refunds
BAMSS Administration must be notified prior to Tuesday July 5th, of any cancellation. Any cancellation prior to July 5 the tuition will be refunded, minus the registration fee ($25).  Any cancellation made July 6th through July 8th, the $25 registration fee, plus an additional $25 cancellation fee will be charged. Total: $50 non-refundable. 
After July 8th all workshop tuition and fees are non-refundable.
